Pricing questions
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. The 14-day free trial does not require a card. You'll only be asked for billing details if you choose to continue on a paid plan afterward.
What happens when my trial ends?
You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time during or after your trial. If your trial ends without an upgrade, your account and documents remain intact — you just won't be able to upload new documents or ask new questions until you choose a plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move between plans as your firm's needs change; billing is prorated through your account's billing settings.
Which plans include API access?
The Firm and Enterprise plans include REST API access and the Vorticel sync agent, so your firm can automate document ingestion from your existing file storage. See the docs for details.
What counts toward my monthly question limit?
Each question your team asks Vorticel counts once toward your plan's monthly question allowance, whether asked from the app or the API. The count resets at the start of each billing month.
